We and our licensors own the Services and associated intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any IP. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including for Ad Ops Pro. By using the Services, you consent to our privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insider Clicks and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insider Clicks and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes lies in courts located in Delaware, USA.
