These terms govern your use of the Insider Clicks website and any inquiry you submit through the site.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, or attempt to access systems that are not publicly available.
Services
Submitting a form or requesting an audit does not create a client relationship. Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms must be agreed to separately in writing.
First-Party Operations
Insider Clicks works only with each client’s own first-party customer inquiries. We do not purchase, sell, broker, distribute, or share contact lists or customer-inquiry information for third-party solicitation.
Text Messages
Optional SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, messages may include Revenue Leak Scan and appointment updates, customer-care replies, and first-party marketing about related Insider Clicks Revenue Recovery services and offers. Marketing messages are limited to four per month; overall frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms for details.
No Guarantee
Insider Clicks provides practical implementation work, but specific business outcomes, revenue increases, ad performance, or savings are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Tools
Projects may involve third-party platforms and providers. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms and policies.
