Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to delete information that Insider Clicks processes, including data accessed via our Facebook app, Ad Ops Pro. You can revoke our access via Meta (Facebook) and/or submit a direct deletion request to our team.

Option A: Remove the Facebook App Authorization

Revoking app permissions stops further data access and triggers cleanup of associated tokens on our side.

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Navigate to Business integrations (for business assets) or Apps and Websites (for personal accounts).
3. Find Ad Ops Pro and click Remove (and optionally check the box to delete posts and activity).
4. Alternatively, visit facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools or facebook.com/settings?tab=applications.

Note: Removing the app revokes our access tokens immediately. We will purge cached credentials promptly.

Option B: Request Deletion from Insider Clicks

To request deletion of data processed by Ad Ops Pro or other services we provide, email us with the subject "Ad Ops Pro Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name and company name
• The email associated with your Facebook or business account
• Relevant identifiers (e.g., Business Manager ID, Ad Account ID)
• A brief description of the data you want deleted

Send your request to hello@insiderclicks.com. We will confirm receipt, verify your identity, and delete eligible data within 7 business days (unless a longer period is required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations).

Scope and Retention

• We delete data that we control and that is not legally required to be retained.
• Aggregated, de-identified, or derived analytics may be retained for service integrity and security.
• Backups are rotated on a scheduled basis; deletion will propagate to backups in the normal course of operations.
